The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Your submittal of any purchase order to Group Mobile indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or Group Mobile signs such conditions. Group Mobile reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

This site is owned and operated by Group Mobile. Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site are the sole property of Group Mobile. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Group Mobile. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold and Web Content
Group Mobile products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated, Group Mobile makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Group Mobile web site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Group Mobile shall be the price of the product of the product ordered. In no event shall Group Mobile, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to products sold by Group Mobile, or described on the Group Mobile web site.
Group Mobile assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery and/or performance due to product unavailability, carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, flood, fire, power failure, labor troubles, acts of war or terrorism, or other conditions which are beyond our control.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Group Mobile shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Group Mobile shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Group Mobile shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Group Mobile reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Group Mobile reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
A. In order for Group Mobile to approve a product return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Group Mobile will not accept "open box" returns.
B. As Group Mobile sells primarily custom-configured computers, unopened box returns also may be denied. We cannot re-sell or return a computer that has been built to a customerís specifications.
C. Any and all product returns must be approved by Group Mobile and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued.
D. Approved returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
E. Approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
F. Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA number issuance.
G. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.
H. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery.

J. If the returned product does not meet the requirements stated above, the product will be sent back to the customer "freight collect".
K. It is recommended that you do not send in additional accessories or peripheral devices when returning products for repair. Repair centers will not be held responsible for any lost items.
All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
Group Mobile does not ship on Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. Multiple boxes and/or shipments may be required to complete delivery.
Shipping Rates & Terms
Total Ship Time = Product Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time. For example, if the Product Availability Time is 7-10 days and the Delivery Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 8-12 business days.
Requesting next day or second day air does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the "Product Availability" time listed for the product you selected. The "Product Availability" time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product requested.
Group Mobile shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within ARIZONA. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Credit and Debit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Group Mobile. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Debit cards containing a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, Personal Checks, & Wire Funds Transfer - Group Mobile accepts money orders, cashier's checks, company checks, personal checks, and wire funds transfers in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order, cashier's check, or wire funds transfer. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Group Mobile cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Net Terms - Net credit terms may be provided to credit-worthy customers at the sole discretion of Group Mobile and its Credit Department. Invoices not paid within the stated payment terms are subject to a 1% monthly finance charge.
International Orders - Please be advised that all International orders must be prepaid by one of the following payment methods: Cashierís Check, International Money Order, Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, or Western Union. Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Group Mobile cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Group Mobile shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Group Mobile sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Maricopa County Arizona.
